Double acting piston seals are designed for alternating applications in oleodynamic and pneumatic range, made in NBR compound with an hardness of 85° Shore A. They are fitted with expansion-springs, able to ensure a right pressure on the radial contact, in order to grant the following limits.

This is the only pneumatic operated machine, in our range, that will allow you to crimp aluminum cans by a simple lever movement, the unit will place the bottle neck into crimping head (jaw) and start pneumatic ram cycle. This machine is recommended for small-medium scale production.
The semi automatic, pneumatic perfume crimping machine AP02 is the right compromise quality-price for a continuous medium to high production. Versatility and simple use are the main characteristics.
A special feature is the possibility to move incrementally (get near the bottle, for the first crimping adjustments with little shifts) and with low speed. With AP02 you can set up each crimping head to close every pump size in the market (1” valve crimping excluded).

This code identifies a line of bearings that are specially manufactured to allow the bonding of a filled PTFE coated fabric (lead free, in accordance to the European Parliament “ELV” directive 2000/53/EC) on four types of backing metal layers, like carbon steel, bronze, stainless steel and Inconel 625.
The Sliding Surface is primarily composed of filled PTFE coated fabric, and other elements to guarantee the high wear resistance. The TX products find their best usage in slow-moving applications, with heavy loads, and where dry operation is required. Thanks to the thick self-lubricating layer up to 0,4 mm, this product has a high wear resistance, and can work in dirty or abrasive environment.
For this product it is not recommended the use of oil, while the use of special grease, such as silicon or lithium soap, is only possible during the assembly.
